A SUGGESTED WEEK’S CRUISE, VENICE – DUBROVNIK

Day 1 : Venice.

Arrive at yacht in style via classic water taxi.
Yacht moored at San Basilico or on the pilings off St Marks square.
Ashore to explore Venice. Dinner on board or ashore (possibly Cipriani’s or Harry’s Bar).
Depart late evening for Croatia. 75 nm

Day 2 : Rovijn.

Step ashore while the Captain handles clearance formalities.
Rovijn is a quaint Croatian village, a good opener to the country. Cruise on to Isola Briunji – Tito’s private isle. 18 nm
Moor stern to and tour the island, play golf, relax on a beach.
Dine ashore or on board.

Day 3 : Briunji to Otok Susak

Depart Briunji early to a slow 3 hr cruise to Susak ; 34 nm
Anchor for the day, swimming, water sports and a hike ashore.
Dinner on board.

Day 4 : Otok Susak to Duigi Otok (Kornati Group)

Depart very early for slow 5 hr cruise to Duigi Otok or Long Island.
Arrive in time for a late Breakfast . 50 nm
Explore the bays and surrounding area by tender, swim in the mineral spring/lake
Dinner ashore at a small Taverna [very basic] or on board.

Day 5 : Duigi Otok to Skradin. 50 nm

Depart after a morning swim and breakfast, cruise the Kornati Group.
Lunch underway in the islands.
Moored stern too the picturesque old town.
Visit the falls and national park via guided launch. [take your swimming gear!]
Dinner on board.

Day 6 : Skradin to Trogir 28 nm

Depart during breakfast for Trogir.
Moor alongside in this Medieval town. A guided tour is a must.
Dinner on board or ashore. The town comes alive after dark!

Day 7 : Trogir to Otok Vis. 30 nm

Depart early for Vis, anchor for breakfast and a day of water sports and peaceful
exploration.
Otok Vis has some quiet anchorages, good snorkeling, caves and sand beaches.

Day 8 : Otok Vis to Dubrovnik. 60 nm

Depart Vis very early [0300] for Dubrovnik.
Breakfast whist entering the Mietski Canal and Gruz.
Disembark and transfer to the airport.
